Free access: if you sign in without buying any access, you can access free material including the beginner technique course.

Silver access: if you come to any of our classes, and give us your e-mail address, you will be given access to the video material corresponding to the class you attended.  This is called Silver access.  This lasts up until a year after your last class.   So for example if you came to a class in week 1, and one in week 52, you would still have access to week 1 and week 52 for another whole year.

Gold access gives you access to all our material.  At time of writing (August 2026) we are building up our content, so you won't immediately have access to 52 weeks of content, but as you have access for a year after you sign up, you will be able to access 52 weeks of content at that point.
